A little about me

My name is Bec. I'm a 36 year old married mum of three gorgeous little men. My boys are currently 7 years, 3 years & 15 months old.
I'm also 124.5kg & that would make me obese, maybe even morbidly obese.
I've tried every fad diet & exercise machine out there, like most people I suppose.
I've lost weight, felt good, then regained it & felt bad again. I think the most I've ever lost was about 10kg & that was after the birth of our second son.
I've been walking Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays with my neighbour for about 6 months now off & on. We go for an hour usually - her pushing her 2 year old on his bike, me pushing Benji in his pram while walking our staffy & the eldest 2 on bikes & scooters.
There is a steep concrete road up a hillside that I've been looking at & thinking "it would be so good for me to be able to walk up that".
2 weeks ago I decided to give it a go - I got 1/4 the way & that was it, not bad when pushing a 14kg baby in a pram though.

Anyway, 1 week later, I got to the top!! I had to stop 3 times, but I still did it!!!
Today, I only had to stop once, although my lungs felt like they were going to explode!!!
I am soooooo proud of myself! Every part of me aches, but it's a good hurt you know :)
I've taken to walking about 5 days a week for the last 2 weeks & it's staring to show I think.
I've also been taking "The Pink Drink" made by Plexus Slim each morning for 1 week & tomorrow is weigh in day.
I'm feeling fantastic & I'm sure my stomach & hips are smaller.
So overall, I just want to be a healthier, happier mummy & wife.
I want to be able to run around with my boys & to "feel" better about myself......maybe then I will have some self-acceptance.
