Week 1 weigh in & measurements

The big day.......the first time I've weighed myself without "being on a diet", just exercise & trying to make better decisions.
1.5kg gone, -4.5cm from my waist, -4cm from my hips & -1.5cm from my thighs.
I have to say I am pretty damn happy with that!!!
Actually, I'm quite proud of myself!!!

My goal is 100kg, or a size 18. A 16 would be great, but I'll take it 1 step at a time.
Yes, I know that won't put me at the correct BMI, but to be honest, 70kg is just not a weight I can sustain.
I was 80kg in high school & a size 14.
The Plexus Slim "pink drink" is making me feel great! I am no where near as 'hungry' as I was 1 week ago. Normally I'm STARVING by 11am, today, I didn't have lunch until 2pm & to be honest, I ate too much because I'm over full!
My problem is that I have to recognise when I'm full & stop, not continue to eat just because it's there.

So if I continue to lose 1.5kg a week, I could be at my goal weight in 16 weeks. It may take longer, but I'll keep at it!

I'm not drinking red wine......my beloved red wine, I'm not really missing it.
If I want something, I'll have soda water with some fresh lime juice, a bit of vodka added if I feel, but it's not something I'm worried about. Water is my dink of choice now. I'm not even craving diet coke the way I was 1 week ago.

I'm waking up with energy, ready to start the day!
